By placing an order with Decor Luxury, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions, including our All Sales Are Final and No Refunds policies.
Special Orders
Special orders are not subject to cancellation. Availability of merchandise is estimated based on the information available at the time the order is placed. Decor Luxury is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturer scheduling, inventory availability, material shortages, transportation difficulties, or other circumstances beyond the seller’s control.
All Sales Are Final
All sales are final. No refunds.
Any exchange or cancellation must be approved by Decor Luxury in advance. If an exchange or cancellation is approved, a 30% restocking fee of the purchase price will apply.
Measurements & Merchandise
Customers are responsible for measuring all doorways, hallways, stairways, elevators, and other access points before placing an order.
Decor Luxury is not responsible for merchandise that cannot fit through the customer’s entryways or into the intended space.
For merchandise picked up by the customer, the buyer assumes all risks associated with the transportation and handling of the merchandise.
Delivery
Decor Luxury may designate the delivery date. A specific delivery time cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery personnel cannot move, haul, remove, or rearrange existing or old furniture.
Warranties
Decor Luxury does not provide any warranty beyond the written description and terms stated on the sales order.
This does not affect any manufacturer’s warranty that may apply to the merchandise. Decor Luxury will assist the customer with the process of exercising any applicable manufacturer’s warranty.
Layaway Purchases
Layaway purchases are not subject to cancellation.
The buyer agrees to complete all payments according to the agreed payment schedule. Failure to complete payments as scheduled may result in the forfeiture of previous payments, subject to the terms of the layaway agreement.
