Before delivery or pickup
Measure all doorways, hallways, stairways, elevators and access points before ordering. Decor Luxury is not responsible for merchandise that cannot fit through your entryways or into the intended space.
Customer pickup
For merchandise picked up by the customer, the buyer assumes all risks associated with transportation and handling of the merchandise.
